Molar Masters Competition Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Molar Masters Competition (the “Competition”), hosted by Study Pass LLC, operating as StuydPassRDH (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Competition. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to current dental hygiene students, alumni, and fans of dental hygiene schools located in the United States.

  • Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, and representatives of Study Pass LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, or partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members, are not eligible to participate.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Competition Period

  • The Competition begins on March 15, 2025, and ends on March 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) (the “Entry Period”).

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Entry Period at its sole discretion, with notice provided via the StuydPassRDH website or social media channels.

3. How to Participate

Participants can earn points for their designated dental hygiene school during the Entry Period through the following actions:

  • Instagram Comment: Comment your school name and hearts in your school’s colors on the designated StuydPassRDH Instagram post = 5 points.

  • Instagram Story Share: Share the designated Instagram post to your story, tag @StuydPassRDH, and include your school name = 10 points.

  • Direct Message (DM): Send a DM to @StuydPassRDH on Instagram with your school name and the prize you’re most excited about = 10 points.

  • Email Submission: Email info@studypassrdh.com with your school name and why you love being a hygienist = 10 points.

  • Question of the Day: Answer the free “Question of the Day” on the StuydPassRDH website = 15 points (available daily during the Entry Period; points renew daily).

  • Points may be earned by current students, alumni, and fans of each school during the Entry Period.

  • All submissions must comply with these Terms and any applicable platform guidelines (e.g., Instagram’s rules).

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and disqualify any deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant.

4. Winner Determination

  • The dental hygiene school with the highest total points at the end of the Entry Period will be declared the “Molar Masters Champion” (the “Winner”).

  • In the event of a tie, the Sponsor will select the Winner based on the total number of unique participants contributing points for each tied school. If still tied, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among the tied schools.

  • The Winner will be announced and contacted on or about March 31st, 2025, via email or social media.

  • The Sponsor’s decisions regarding point totals and winner selection are final and binding.

5. Prize

  • The Winner will receive a prize pack valued at over $3,000, including a celebratory meal (collectively, the “Prize”). The Prize includes:

    • 100 tubes of Elims Co natural and sustainable toothpaste

    • 25 sample packs of Releaf Dental hands-free high-speed HVE suction

    • 1 complete eco-friendly oral care Freshies Co box

    • 20 packs of 10 Fogheadz Protective Mouth Mirror Film Covers

    • Assorted dental stickers from the Ashley Kear Art shop

    • 1 set of Board Basics Group Tutoring Sessions from DH Basics

    • 1 Giant Mouth and Toothbrush Model from Kilgore International

    • 36 Crystal HD Mouth Mirrors and 5 Giant Demonstration Mouth Mirrors from Zirc Dental

    • Assorted tooth and dental babe pins from the Lovely32 Shop

    • 4-month subscription to StudyPassRDH for the entire class

    • 3 Owala Water Bottles

    • Gift Cards (specific values TBD)

    • Additional items as determined by the Sponsor

  • The Prize will be awarded to the winning school’s designated representative (e.g., a faculty member or student leader), who will coordinate distribution.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize component with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. General Conditions

  • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Study Pass LLC, its affiliates, and sponsors (including Elims Co, Releaf Dental, Freshies Co, Fogheadz, Ashley Kear Art, DH Basics, Kilgore International, Zirc Dental, Lovely32 Shop, Owala, and others contributing to the Prize), and their respective officers, directors, and employees (the “Released Parties”), from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of the Prize.

  • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures affecting participation.

  • The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other third-party platform.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the Competition (e.g., names, emails) will be used solely for Competition administration and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the Prize or as required by law.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes arising from the Competition will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
